Beautifully decorated Christmas market with delicious food and sweets. - Convenient self-check-in with a door code for late arrivals. - Room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. - Staff was kind and allowed us to leave our bags before check-in and after. - Stunning view from the balcony overlooking Piazza delle Erbe. - Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

We were moved to a double room and had a mini fridge, coffee, and a kettle. It had delightful views of city from the balcony. The hotel was in a central setting in ancient Palace.

The venue's position was very central. Villafranca airport was hardly 17 minutes away by car. The room was luxurious and bright, offered cable channels, a fridge, and a writing desk.

Beautiful suite in an ancient palace with quadruple glazed windows for a peaceful stay in a busy central location. Loved the balcony overlooking the buzzing piazza. Modern shower, mini fridge, and tea/coffee kettle provided. Staff very helpful.
